Joint Effort: Week Two
The workout plan and youtube video links for week two!
Hi everyone, and welcome to the second week of Joint Effort!!!š„³ Iām SO excited to be doing this with all of you and I cannot wait to see all the progress we continue to make togetherš«¶
Just a few housekeeping things before we get started: this is week two of the six week program, and every Monday Iāll be sending out a newsletter like this with the workouts for the week written out and a link to the YouTube video of the workout attached. You are free to do it at your own pace and time, but once you complete it make sure to send a message into the group chat and let us know how it went!šŖ
The program is also designed to be very slow, so we can build up our strength together, but by the end of the six weeks weāll be working out three days a week doing strength training and cardio!š
For this week, weāll be doing two days of workouts, and both videos are below! I highly recommend giving yourself at least one day of rest in between the workouts, but ideally two or three to prevent a flare up!

Week 2 Workouts:
Monday:
One minute cardio warmup (i.e. short walk, high knees in place, stepping jumping jacks, etc.)
One set of 8 chest presses
Five minutes of stretching
Friday:
One minute cardio warmup (i.e. short walk, high knees in place, stepping jumping jacks, etc.)
One set of 8 Romanian Deadlifts (watch video for details on form)
Five minutes of stretching/foam rolling
